My work is about helping organizations move from overwhelm to alignment. I’ve seen how much time and energy gets lost to scattered data, reactive fundraising, and the constant pressure to “just get something out the door.” I step in to create calm, build order, and give teams the tools and confidence they need to fundraise with intention. Whether I’m developing a donor pipeline, shaping a grant strategy, or strengthening internal processes, my goal is always the same: to make your work easier, clearer, and more sustainable.
I believe every nonprofit deserves a development function that reflects the strength of its mission.
